Refund policy

Because all items are custom made, we do not accept any returns. If there are any issues with your order, please file a claim with us by sending an email to info@merchpak.com. Include your name, email address, and order number. If you participated in the Trendsetter Campaign, the same rules apply. If the fundraiser item does not work out for you, please give it to a loved one or donate it. The overall goal is to support a cause that is dear to you and we really appreciate your support!
